I'm dealing with something called tinea incognito and my doctor gave me two creamsLivafin and Onabet. They said to use them twice a day, but I'm confused. Should I be applying both at the same time or just one of them? Could really use some advice here.

You should use both creams as prescribed by your doctor. Apply Livafin cream first, followed by Onabet cream, twice daily. Livafin contains Terbinafine and Onabet contains Sertaconazole, both are antifungal medications that work together to treat tinea incognito effectively.

I'm thinking about taking glutathione to help with my skin, but I've heard it's best to combine it with vitamin C. How soon after taking a glutathione pill should I take the vitamin C? Do I take them together? Also, how many times a day should I be taking the vitamin C?

To maximize the benefits of glutathione for your skin, it is recommended to take it with vitamin C. You can take them together for better absorption. It is advisable to take vitamin C 30 minutes to 1 hour after taking the glutathione pill. You can take vitamin C once a day, preferably in the morning with your glutathione supplement. The recommended dosage of vitamin C can vary, but a common dosage is around 500-1000mg per day for skin health benefits.

I'm dealing with Androgenic Alopecia and in the past, I've seen good results with Minoxidil and Finasteride. However, after my daughter was born, I stopped using them for about two years and now I've lost my hair again. I'm considering starting Minoxidil lotion again, but I'm worried. If my daughter shares my pillow, could it have any negative effects on her skin or hair? I really don't want to cause her any problems.

try using separate pillows from now and use minoxidil 30min before bed
