I'm dealing with this jock itch, also known as daad, and it's really bothering me. I've attached some pics for you to see. I've tried using Ring Gard Aloe Vera cream and even Nycil, but nothing seems to help. Could you let me know what this is and what I should do about it?

That's clearly fungal infection needs treatment with oral and topical antifungal medications, visit Dermatologist for the same and maintain personal hygiene

I'm having these really painful lumps under my arms and they're starting to form pus. It's super uncomfortable and only seems to get better when the pus drains out. Could you recommend a cream or maybe an antibiotic that could help with this?
