I'm dealing with loose motions right now and it's really tough to keep eating the same things like khichdi, daliya, and poha every meal. I also can't have curd rice because I've got a cough. Could you recommend any other foods that would be suitable for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

Based on the provided ultrasound results, your pregnancy appears normal. As a pathologist, you're aware of hCG's role. Given the normal fetal heartbeat (108 bpm) and length (6mm), hCG injections are likely unnecessary. Continue monitoring your pregnancy with your healthcare provider.

View allI'm feeling quite worried about a few things. I recently had a general check-up, and they found my gall bladder to be moderately distended but without any calculi or wall thickening. What concerns me is my bloating, indigestion, and irregular bowel movements. The ultrasound mentioned fatty liver grade 1 too, and that has me even more concerned. I've also been experiencing daily stomach cramps, along with back and leg cramps. I've tried a lot of tablets for these issues and even had a colonoscopy and endoscopy done - both were normal. All other tests like my CBC, LFT, and RFT came back normal too. Can you help me understand what might be going on?
A moderately distended gallbladder without calculi or wall thickening is often a benign finding, but given your symptoms of bloating, indigestion, stomach cramps, back pains, and leg cramps, it's understandable that you're concerned; the fatty liver grade 1 is a common condition, often related to diet and lifestyle; consider discussing the following with your doctor: dietary changes to manage fatty liver, potential gallbladder function tests (e.g., HIDA scan), and further evaluation of your symptoms to rule out other underlying conditions.

I'm having some discomfort right at the opening of my anus, but there's no blood in my stools. I am also experiencing loose motions. Can you help me understand what's going on?
I'm sorry to hear about your discomfort. Pain in the anal area without bleeding, especially with loose motions, could be due to irritation, an anal fissure, or infection. Keep the area clean, stay hydrated, and consider taking a mild stool binder like ORS with electrolytes. If the pain persists or worsens, please consult a doctor for a proper examination.

I'm trying to figure out if theres any link between IBS and chronic sinusitis. I've been dealing with IBS for the past 2 years and around the same time my sinus problems began. I also noticed candida overgrowth in my oesophagus and patches on my skin, especially around my shoulder, chest, stomach, and back area. After struggling with balanitis treatment for months, I ended up needing surgery. Ive tried everything from seeing different doctors to changing my diet and practicing yoga, but my IBS symptoms havent really gotten better. Lately, Ive observed that when my sinus issues calm down, my digestion seems to improve as well. Could there be a connection between these issues?
No there is no such relation
