I'm dealing with a nail issue and it's actually gotten worse after taking fluconazole and glevo. I've also heard about something called oxychomycosui disease and I'm kind of worried if it might be related. Could you help me understand what's going on and what I should do next?

Treatment for nail issues and onychomycosis disease can include the use of antifungal medications. In this case, since the nail issue worsened after fluconazole and levofloxacin (Glevo), it is important to consider alternative antifungal medications. Additionally, topical antifungal medications like Ciclopirox (brand name Penlac) nail lacquer can be applied daily. It is important to continue treatment consistently as prescribed by your healthcare provider to see improvement in the nail condition.

I recently visited a dermatologist because I'm experiencing hair fall. They prescribed me these dutamax 0.5mg tablets, and I'm a bit concerned. Are these safe to use, and do they have any side effects I should know about? I came across something that mentioned it might change libido, and that worries me. I've been dealing with some hair issues ever since I got my hair straightened about a year ago. My hair was pretty thick, so the stylist left the chemical on for 20 minutes longer than recommended. Now, my new hair growth seems a lot thinner, and I'm also experiencing quite a bit of hair loss even after all this time. Is it possible for my hair to grow back thicker, or do you think the roots might be damaged? The doctor I spoke with suggested using Folliserum. Do you think that'll help with reducing hair fall and boosting new growth? I'm also thinking about a hair transplant, just for the front part because I've lost a lot there. How much do you think I'd be charged for something like that here in Bangalore?
Hair thinning and loss can occur due to various reasons, including damage to the hair follicles from chemical treatments. While it is possible for hair to grow back thicker with proper care and treatment, it may take time. To help with hair growth and thickness, you can try using Minoxidil solution on the affected areas. It can help stimulate hair growth and prevent further hair loss.3 Folliserum is a good choice as it contains biotin, keratin, and other vitamins that can help nourish the hair follicles and promote hair growth. Regarding the hair transplant for the frontal part of your hair, the cost can vary depending on the clinic and the number of grafts needed. In Bangalore, the cost of a hair transplant can range from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,00,000 or more, depending on the clinic and the expertise of the surgeon.
