I'm dealing with an ongoing infection under my foreskin and on the top of my penis. I've been seeing a dermatologist for a couple of months, and while it got better at first, the infection hasn't completely gone away and seems to have gotten worse again. Should I stick with the dermatologist, or is it time to see a urologist? Any advice on what I should do next?

View allI'm feeling this strange heaviness in both of my kidneys over the past week. I had a shockwave treatment for kidney stones in my right kidney about 1.5 months ago. There's no pain, no blood in my urine, and no signs of infection, but this heaviness is bothering me. I usually drink alcohol about three times a weekcould that be causing it? I'm really not sure what's going on, and any advice or suggestions you have would really help.
Firstly please cut down on your alcohol content because it is like poison for your kidneys. Even if you take all the medicines prescribed to you properly, the alcohol will negate their effect.

How do I treat urine infection?
Antibiotics usually are the first line of treatment for urinary tract infections.

I've got a 10mm stone in my right kidney. Can Neeri tablets help get rid of it? Or do you have any better tablet or syrup recommendations? I'm really hoping to avoid surgery.
. Most stones that cause renal colic are small and pass out with the urine in a day or so. You should drink plenty of fluids to encourage a good flow of urine. Strong painkillers are often needed to ease the painuntil you pass the stone. No other treatment is usually needed. Some stones that form and stick in the kidney do not cause symptoms or any harm. They can just be left if they are small.
