I'm dealing with an ongoing infection under my foreskin and on the top of my penis. I've been seeing a dermatologist for a couple of months, and while it got better at first, the infection hasn't completely gone away and seems to have gotten worse again. Should I stick with the dermatologist, or is it time to see a urologist? Any advice on what I should do next?

I'm experiencing something thats really concerning me. Sometimes, when Im urinating or just at random times, I notice sperm comes out unknowingly. And lately, Ive been feeling like I cant completely finish urinating, like it gets stuck halfway through if there's sperm. What could be causing this?
The involuntary release of sperm, also known as spermatorrhea, can be caused by various factors such as over masturbation, prostatitis, or urethral stricture; the sensation of incomplete urination may indicate a blockage or narrowing of the urethra; consult a urologist to rule out any underlying conditions and receive proper guidance and treatment to address these symptoms.

I've been taking ashwagandha from an organic brand and I've noticed that I'm needing to pee really frequently, and this has been going on for the last year and a half. Can you suggest any solutions for this? I'm getting a bit worried about it.
This could be due to the diuretic effect of ashwagandha. I recommend stopping the ashwagandha supplement and consulting with a healthcare professional for further evaluation.
