I'm dealing with this ongoing issue of shortness of breath that just started up recently. It started after I began taking these medicines called Muktavati and Medhavati extra power from Patanjali for my high blood pressure. I was taking one tablet of Muktavati in the morning and one Medhavati at night for about 18 days, stopping on May 21st, 2022. Ever since I stopped, the breathing thing has been happening. What do you think could be going on here? Would really appreciate some guidance.

View allI'm having this chest pain on the left side about 30 to 40 minutes after falling asleep, and it even comes with a bit of sweating. Once it starts, I can't find a comfortable position to sleep in without it hurting, so I've been sleeping in an easy chair for the past five days. I started taking Tonact TG for my high cholesterol, which is 290. I'm also on Thyronorm 75 and Telmisartan 40. My TSH levels and blood pressure are normal. Should I be worried about this chest pain and what should I do about it?
It sounds like you're experiencing discomfort that could be related to a few different factors, including your cholesterol and medications. Since the pain is persistent and affects your sleep, it's important to follow up with your doctor to rule out any heart-related issues and ensure the medications are working well for you. If the pain persists, consider an evaluation for possible musculoskeletal causes or other conditions that might be contributing.

Today my mom's been having chest pains, so we got an ECG done. The results mentioned an abnormal R wave progression with early transition. I'm not quite sure what that means or how concerned we should be. Can you explain it to me and let me know if it's anything serious?
yes

I've been feeling some tightness in my chest lately and it's making me a bit anxious, especially since I'm about to start a new job soon. I recently got an ECG done, and it mentions "LARGED PTFv1" which has me worried. My blood pressure was within normal range over the past couple of months, usually around 12080 or 12090, and my echo from last year was fine. Is this something I should be concerned about?
