I'm dealing with this ongoing issue of shortness of breath that just started up recently. It started after I began taking these medicines called Muktavati and Medhavati extra power from Patanjali for my high blood pressure. I was taking one tablet of Muktavati in the morning and one Medhavati at night for about 18 days, stopping on May 21st, 2022. Ever since I stopped, the breathing thing has been happening. What do you think could be going on here? Would really appreciate some guidance.

I'm really worried about my mom. She has been experiencing chest pain and some trouble with her breathing while walking. I know she has diabetes and issues with blood pressure too. Could these problems be connected to her existing health conditions, or is this something more serious? What should we do next?

I've just had an angioplasty because of a heart attack, and I'm a bit anxious about when I can start driving my scooter again. Also, Im curious about what kinds of exercise I can safely do now. I used to love swimming before the heart attack, and I'm wondering if it's okay for me to start that up again. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

After angioplasty for MI, it is generally recommended to wait at least 1-2 weeks before driving a two-wheeler. As for exercise, you can start with light activities such as walking and gradually increase to moderate intensity exercises like cycling or jogging. Swimming can also be resumed, but it is important to start slowly and gradually increase the intensity. Remember to consult with your healthcare provider for personalized recommendations based on your individual recovery progress.

I'm a bit worried because my WBC count is at 12,900. Im currently taking Dilzem, Rosuless, and Teneza. Could you let me know if this might be related to the medications, and if there's anything I should be concerned about? What should I do next?

I recommend continuing with your current medication regimen.
