I'm dealing with pimples and my dermatologist prescribed Retino A. But I also have pimple marks and these little bumps. Is it okay to use Retino A on those too?

I've been really worried about these itchy rashes that have come back again on my body, and I'm not sure why they're happening. A while back, I had rashes on my face and scalp, and after seeing a local doctor, I found out I had a high IGE level of 930. The meds seemed to help back then, and my rashes went away, but now they're back even though my IGE level is down to 330. I've noticed some of my friends have been using Panderm Plus cream and they say it makes their skin fairer. I'm really curious if it's safe to use in the long run or if there might be any side effects I should know about. Could you give me some advice on whether it's a good idea to start using it too?
yes u can the cream..panderm cream for local application ,at night, for 2 weeks.
