I'm dealing with a pretty bad throat and chest infection, and I'm trying to make sure I'm taking the right medicine. I've got Azithromycin and Gudcef CV along with Ofloxacin 800. I'm worried about the right dosage for Azithromycin each day. Can you help me figure out what the max dose should be? I really want to make sure I'm being safe.

View allI've been jogging for the past 9 months and it was going great until last month. Now I'm experiencing shortness of breath even with minimal physical activity and I can't jog or cycle like I used to. I've seen both a cardiologist and a pulmonologist, and my reports are normal. I just can't seem to shake off this feeling. Also, I lost 10 kgs through jogging without any weight loss supplements. Any idea what's going on with me?

I'm really worried because my 2-year-old daughter has bronchopneumonia, and the doctor recommended Zifi CV 100 for her. Now, I've been coughing for 5 days and I think I might have caught the same thing. Do you think its safe for me to take Zifi CV 200, or should I be considering something else?
No you shouldn't take anything by yourself. Get it checked out by a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. He will examine you and then suggest you accordingly. Don't self medicate. This is how antibiotic resistance develops.
