I'm dealing with a pretty bad throat and chest infection, and I'm trying to make sure I'm taking the right medicine. I've got Azithromycin and Gudcef CV along with Ofloxacin 800. I'm worried about the right dosage for Azithromycin each day. Can you help me figure out what the max dose should be? I really want to make sure I'm being safe.

I'm having trouble sleeping before 4 am, so I've been taking melatonin. But now I've come down with a fever and took some paracetamol. Can I still take melatonin after that? Is it safe to use both?
Yes, you can take paracetamol and melatonin together. Paracetamol is safe to take for fever, and melatonin can help with sleep. Just make sure to follow the recommended dosages for each.
