I'm dealing with a pretty uncomfortable situation here. I recently got over jock itch by using Clotrimazol Candid dusting powder, but now I've developed a small, pea-sized pus spot in my groin area. It burst open last night, and now Ive got this exposed wound that makes it tough to walk. I tried using Dettol Antiseptic liquid to clean it up, but it sometimes has a bad smell. Im really worried about it getting infected, so Id like to know what I can do to help it heal. Any advice?

View allI'm really worried about my wife. She's had this pimple-like bump on her breast for almost two years now. It doesn't hurt her, but today the white layer on top came off, and it started bleeding a little. I'm not sure what we should do to treat it. Could you please give us some advice?
Possible Causes of Intestinal Swelling and Burning Sensation* 1. *Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD)*: Stomach acid flowing back up into the esophagus can cause a burning sensation. 2. *Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)*: Conditions like Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis can cause intestinal swelling and burning sensations. 3. *Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)*: A chronic condition characterized by abdominal pain, bloating, and changes in bowel movements. 4. *Food intolerance or sensitivity*: Lactose intolerance, gluten sensitivity, or other food intolerances can cause burning sensations and intestinal swelling. 5. *Infections*: Bacterial, viral, or parasitic infections can cause intestinal inflammation and burning sensations. *Next Steps and Treatment Options* 1. *Consult a gastroenterologist*: A specialist can help determine the underlying cause of the intestinal swelling and burning sensation. 2. *Endoscopy or colonoscopy*: Procedures to visually examine the upper or lower digestive tract. 3. *Imaging tests*: X-rays, CT scans, or MRI scans to evaluate the intestinal swelling. 4. *Dietary changes*: Avoid trigger foods, follow a low-FODMAP diet, or consider an elimination diet. 5. *Medications*: Antacids, acid reducers, or corticosteroids may be prescribed to manage symptoms.

I'm really worried because I've noticed some of my hair falling out. Is it possible to regrow it using Indulekha or any other hair oil? I'd really appreciate any advice or suggestions.
While using oils like Indulekha can help nourish the scalp and hair, it may not be sufficient to regrow lost hair. For hair regrowth, you may consider using minoxidil solution, which is available under brand names like Rogaine. You can apply 1 ml of minoxidil solution twice daily on the scalp to promote hair regrowth. Additionally, it is important to maintain a healthy diet, manage stress, and avoid harsh hair treatments to support hair regrowth.

I've been having some hair fall issues, so my doctor put me on these B12 supplements. But after about two weeks, I started getting really bad reactionslike rashes and acne on my hands and face. I stopped the supplements immediately, but it's been over a week, and my acne is still there and hasn't improved at all. Should I be doing something specific to help with this, or will it just clear up on its own eventually? I'm kind of worried and not sure what to do next.
This could be drug reaction detailed evaluation is required for your problem, better see Dermatologist for further management
