I'm dealing with this really annoying itching that's been going on since May. At first, it was just itching, but then the spots turned into these reddish round patches. I thought it might be something like ringworm, so I got some ring out ointment from the store, but the itching came back. Sometimes, it gets so bad that it even bleeds a bit. I've been using coconut oil and bathing with Dettol twice a day, but it's not helping much. It's really getting on my nerves. Any idea what could be causing this or how to make it stop?

View allI've noticed that when I have to stand for long periods, my feet start swelling, and I get these little red spots on my feet and calves. It seems to happen pretty quickly after I start feeling some itchiness down there. The spots start off small but then kind of join together to form larger patches. My skin doesnt peel, but my feet do get pretty swollen. It usually takes a couple of days for the spots to go away, and by the next day, the swelling decreases if I rest. I also get this when I fly for long hours. I had a Doppler test done, and they said there's no DVT. What could be causing this? And is there anything I should be doing to prevent it?
There could be varicose veins which might be minimal, visit Vascular surgeon for evaluation and appropriate management

I've been using Getlite cream with hydroquinone and mometasone for the last two years. Now my skin's gone really white, but when I try to stop using the cream, my skin gets darker, even worse than before. Im worried its not good to keep using it long-term because of potential problems. I'm really hoping to stop using this cream. How can I wean off of it and keep my skin looking healthy without going back to how it was? A neighbor, who's a pharmacist, recommended it, but I'm not sure what to do. Any advice on maintaining my skins glow once I stop this cream?

I've been dealing with dandruff and a lot of hair fall lately. I'm also noticing some stubborn dark spots popping up on my back and shoulders, which I think might be from the dandruff. It's really starting to worry me. Could it all be connected or is there something else going on? What should I do to tackle this situation?
