I'm dealing with this really annoying itching that's been going on since May. At first, it was just itching, but then the spots turned into these reddish round patches. I thought it might be something like ringworm, so I got some ring out ointment from the store, but the itching came back. Sometimes, it gets so bad that it even bleeds a bit. I've been using coconut oil and bathing with Dettol twice a day, but it's not helping much. It's really getting on my nerves. Any idea what could be causing this or how to make it stop?

Im really concerned because every time I apply lotion or cream on my face, I get a burning sensation and it gets really irritating. Im thinking it might be a sunburn, but Im not sure. Some parts of my face are really dry, and when I put cream on those spots, it burns even more. What can I do to get my skin smooth and clean? Any advice would be really helpful.

That needs Physical Examination, visit Dermatologist for the same and appropriate management

I'm really worried about some medication I'm on. I'm taking Atarax at night and Allegra 180 in the mornings, and I've been on them for about 30 days now. I've also taken Atarax 25 twice a day for 40 days, Allegra 180 and levocetirizine for 15 days, Atarax 25 again but once a day for 10 days, Prutrax 50mg for 10 days, and Polaramine 5mg for 10 days. I've started noticing more urticaria appearing, and I'm concerned it might be because of this medication schedule. Can this mix of medications increase the risk of hives if taken for longer periods? Would love some advice on what to do next.

Taking Atarax at night and Allegra 180 in the morning for a longer period of 30 days can potentially lead to hives due to the combination of antihistamines. The prolonged use of these medications can sometimes paradoxically lead to worsening of symptoms such as urticaria. It is important to consult your doctor for proper evaluation and management of your condition.
