I'm dealing with a really frustrating issue of constant burping and belching for about 5 months now. It's gotten so bad that I can have 30 to 40 burps in just one minute sometimes. It's not something I can ignore anymore like before. Ive consulted the same doctor twice recently, and they said it's nothing to worry about and suggested doing regular exercise for better digestion. They also gave me some Diclofenac Sodium 100mg. Can you help me figure out what else I should do or if there's anything I should really be concerned about?

Frequent burping can be frustrating, and while your doctor recommends regular exercise for digestion, it's important to consider other potential causes like acid reflux or digestive issues. If the medication hasn't helped, it might be worth seeking a second opinion or exploring options like dietary adjustments or further tests to pinpoint the cause.

I'm taking Liv 52 because I'm dealing with a loss of appetite, and I'm just a bit unsure about when exactly I should be taking it. Is it better to take it before meals or after?
You can take Liv 52 before meals for better absorption and effectiveness. The recommended dosage is 1-2 tablets twice a day before meals.

I've been dealing with a fissure issue and my homeopathy doctor prescribed oral meds along with liquid drops for sitz baths. Just wanted to check if this treatment approach sounds right or if surgery might be needed down the line. The discomfort's been bothering me and I'm not sure how effective these remedies are long-term
Homeopathy and sitz baths may help mild cases, but chronic fissures usually need surgery like LIS or laser. Track symptoms and pain.
