I'm dealing with a really itchy fungal infection between my thighs. I think it might be ringworm because it itches a lot, especially at night. What can I do to get rid of it or at least ease the itching?

View allI'm really worried because I found this circular indentation on my chest, and now I have these reddish spots on my skin. There's a bit of pain, and I'm also having trouble breathing and swallowing properly. It's starting to freak me out. What could this be, and should I be really concerned about it?
if you had any injury recently in that area , get a chest xray done and proceed

I've put Dettol on my face with a cotton swab earlier today around noon, and it started burning. It first turned black and then went red. I tried cold water, ice, and later put some Lacto Calamine lotion on it at around 3pm. There's still a blackish mark that's worrying me. What should I do now?
Applying Dettol to the skin can cause chemical burns, especially if left on for an extended period. Treatment and Care 1. Continue applying cold compresses: Cold water and ice can help reduce the burning sensation and inflammation. 2. Lacto Calamine lotion: You're on the right track with Lacto Calamine lotion, which can help soothe and calm the skin. 3. Topical antibiotic cream: Apply a topical antibiotic cream, such as Neosporin or Bacitracin, to prevent infection. 4. Hydrocortisone cream: A mild steroid cream, such as hydrocortisone, can help reduce inflammation and itching. 5. Avoid further irritation: Refrain from applying any harsh products, exfoliating, or using hot water on the affected area.

I'm really struggling with severe hair fall and I'm searching for effective solutions. I came across Sebowash shampoo and Keshma hair oil. Do they actually work, and how long does it typically take to see any results? My doctor also recommended Tricogro capsules. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed and would really appreciate some guidance on how best to tackle this issue.
Yes both are effective.Rest continue same treatment. It takes around 3-6 weeks for the effect of medications.
