I'm dealing with a situation where my partner's sweat has a vinegar-like smell, and it's really affecting our sheets and bedding. The smell can be so intense that it's almost unbearable at times. I'm not sure what's causing it or how we should address it. We try to keep our room cool and only use light blankets. Any advice on what might be causing this or how to manage it would be so appreciated.

I'm really concerned because I was just scratching my balls and out of nowhere I felt this sharp pain. When I checked, I noticed that the skin on my left testicle looked really dry and it seemed like it was cracking or cutting up. This isn't the first time it's happened either, and I just can't figure out why this keeps coming back. Could you help me understand what's going on?
