I'm dealing with a situation where my partner's sweat has a vinegar-like smell, and it's really affecting our sheets and bedding. The smell can be so intense that it's almost unbearable at times. I'm not sure what's causing it or how we should address it. We try to keep our room cool and only use light blankets. Any advice on what might be causing this or how to manage it would be so appreciated.

The strong vinegar-like smell in sweat could be due to a condition called "Maple Syrup Urine Disease" (MSUD), which can cause a similar odor. I recommend consulting a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment. In the meantime, you can try using an antibacterial soap for bathing and washing the bedding with a vinegar solution to help neutralize the odor.

View allI've got these small holes and some redness on my skin because of pimples. They aren't really noticeable unless you're pretty close, like 5 feet away or less. I'm currently using a cream with hq 2 vv. Do you think I should reach out to a doctor for this, or will it just get better on its own over time? Can you take a look at my skin in the pictures and maybe suggest something?

I'm currently undergoing treatment for pimples and scars on my face, and I'm wondering if it's okay to mix in some home remedies at the same time. Could home remedies cause any side effects while I'm on this treatment?
Yes you can use no problem but following Your doctors advice is enough

I've had this sore for about three months now and it's not healing. It started as just a pimple between my butt cheeks, close to the anus, and now it won't dry up. Every time I take a bath or go to the bathroom, it just seems to stay unhealed. I've tried using a band-aid, but it's hard to apply in that area, and I've been putting neosporin gel and powder on it, but it hasn't improved. It's not a big wound, just about a 3mm radius, but it's really bothering me. Do you have any advice on what I can do to finally heal it?
Could be a pilonidal sinus which needs to be evaluated. consult general surgeon
