I'm dealing with a skin infection in my groin area and it's been going on for 20 to 25 days now. The skin on my inner thigh, right below the scrotum, has a foul smell and there's a blackish discoloration around it. Plus, I notice this thin, white, milky layer over the infected spot. Whenever I wear tight clothes, I get a burning feeling on a small part of the skin when I walk. I've been using clotrimazole, but it's not really helping. Could you give me some advice on what else I can do?

Can using ketoconazole shampoo and clotrimazole skin lotion at the same time help with treating tinea capitis? I've been taking terbinafine tablets as well, and I'm curious if combining these treatments is safe or more effective.

Yes, you can use ketoconazole shampoo and clotrimazole skin lotion together for tinea capitis. In addition to that, continue taking terbinafine tablets as prescribed by your doctor.

I'm noticing that I sweat a lot and my skin tends to be really oily. It's strange because my body often feels colder than other people's, and when I start sweating, it gets freezing cold to the touch. I'm kind of worried about what might be causing this. Any ideas?

I've got these small itchy bumps in my pubic area that keep spreading and look really bad. They don't cause major issues besides the itching, but I'm worried about how they're multiplying. Could you recommend any creams or meds to make them fade or go away? I'd prefer not to do surgery right now.

Itchy, spreading bumps in the pubic area could be due to various reasons, ranging from simple skin irritations to infections. While you can try some over-the-counter treatments, it's best to consult a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan, especially if the bumps are spreading or cause significant discomfort.
