I'm dealing with some bad cramps and stomach pain after having loose motions. Is it okay to take buscogast 10 mg for this? And should I take it with food or on an empty stomach?

I'm really worried about my wife. She's been dealing with this pain on the right side of her chest for a couple of weeks now. We had an ultrasound and X-ray done, and the doctor mentioned something about liver enlargement and fluid in her lower lungs. The reports also showed WBC lymphocytes at 20 and neutrophils at 76, plus there's an infection in her urine. We've tried different medications, but her pain hasn't gotten much better. What should we do for treatment? Any advice would be really appreciated.

I've got a bit of a situation with my grade 2 fatty liver. I've been walking around 34 kms every day, trying to keep active. I take Ursocol 300 twice daily after meals, but I've also been battling some acid reflux, which is adding to my stress and affecting my sleep. Lately, I've been having bowel movements 3 to 4 times a day. Just today, I ate a full plate of papaya in the morning, and by noon, I could smell papaya when I went to the bathroom. I noticed this before when I ate a couple of servings of cabbage and some spinach juice. I took a Darolac tablet at night to help with digestion. This never used to happen to me, and I'm a bit concerned. Could this be connected to my liver or should I be looking into something else?

I'm having a bit of trouble with my breathing every evening; it feels like some sort of shortness of breath. I suspect it might be linked to acid reflux because when I manage to get rid of some gas, my breathing seems to return to normal. The feeling's pretty uncomfortable when the gas is there, and I'm starting to worry if there might be a lung issue going on. Could this be something related to my lungs, or is it really just about the reflux? Any guidance would be really appreciated.
