I'm dealing with some bad cramps and stomach pain after having loose motions. Is it okay to take buscogast 10 mg for this? And should I take it with food or on an empty stomach?

I'm really worried about my wife. She's been dealing with this pain on the right side of her chest for a couple of weeks now. We had an ultrasound and X-ray done, and the doctor mentioned something about liver enlargement and fluid in her lower lungs.
