I'm dealing with some chest pain and recently found out my blood pressure's been high at 14090 for the past two weeks, plus I've got high cholesterol. My doctor prescribed Rosuvas 10mg for the cholesterol but didn't give me anything for the blood pressure. Is it okay if I take EMBETA XR 50 along with Rosuvas just for a few days to manage the BP?

I have a history of high blood pressure and usually take Amodep in the morning and Telmikind 40 at night. I also use the Dulion Rotacap for my asthma. Is it safe for me to take my night dose of Telmikind 40 after Ive already taken the Dolo 650? Are there any interactions I should be concerned about? Also, my body is aching and my pulse rate is between 90 to 110. Should I be concerned about any of these symptoms?
