I'm dealing with some persistent itching on my scrotum, and it's been going on for over a month now. It looks like my skin is really dry, and when I scratch, the skin on the scrotum peels off and sometimes even starts bleeding. Are there any medications that might help with the itching and dryness?

View allI've been using virgin coconut oil on my scalp, and it's been really itchy afterward. Could you help me understand what might be causing this and what steps I should take to fix it?
The problem could be an allergic reaction or irritation to the coconut oil. I recommend you stop using the coconut oil and try using an over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream to help with the itching. You can also take an antihistamine like cetirizine (brand name Zyrtec) to help reduce the itching. If the itching persists or gets worse, please consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.

I started going to the gym back in November 2015, and now it's been about 56 months. I've noticed some stretch marks appearing near my armpit area. I've talked to my nutritionist and gym trainer about it, and even did some Googling. It seems like these marks might be popping up because my body is growing or adding more muscle. Does that sound right, or could there be another reason behind them? Should I see a dermatologist about this, or would a sports nutritionist be better to consult with? Any advice would be appreciated!

I'm having really thin hair and a bald spot on my forehead. My doctor advised me to use Mintop Eva 5, Anaboom anti-hairfall serum, and Trichon Forte tablets, but ever since I started using them, it feels like my hair is falling out even more, and it's getting worse. Can Mintop Eva cause more hair fall at first? Is there any way to stop my hair from falling out like this? And is there any chance I can regrow hair on the bald spot on my forehead? I'm really worried, and I'd love some guidance.
Mintop Eva 5% (Minoxidil) can sometimes cause increased hair shedding initially, but this is usually temporary and is a sign that the medication is working to stimulate new hair growth. It is important to continue using it as prescribed by your doctor. To help stop your hair fall, you can try switching to a different hair growth medication such as Finasteride or Dutasteride, which can be effective in treating male pattern baldness. Additionally, using a shampoo containing Ketoconazole can also help with hair loss. For growing hair on the frontal bald spot, you can consider hair transplant surgery as a permanent solution. It is important to consult with a dermatologist or a hair specialist for a proper evaluation and treatment plan.
