I'm dealing with some persistent itching on my scrotum, and it's been going on for over a month now. It looks like my skin is really dry, and when I scratch, the skin on the scrotum peels off and sometimes even starts bleeding. Are there any medications that might help with the itching and dryness?

I started going to the gym back in November 2015, and now it's been about 56 months. I've noticed some stretch marks appearing near my armpit area.
