I'm dealing with some pretty bad acid reflux after eating heavy masala foods. I've got this weird dhada sensation in my chest, so I got an ECG done. The results said something about a left axis and poor R progression. Is this something normal, or should I be worried? Would love some advice on what to do next!

It sounds like you may be experiencing acid reflux symptoms and chest discomfort. The ECG findings of Left axis poor R progression may indicate certain heart conditions, but it is important to correlate these findings with your symptoms and overall health status. To address your acid reflux symptoms, you can try taking Omeprazole (brand name Prilosec) 20mg once daily before breakfast for a few weeks. Additionally, you can take Gaviscon (antacid) as needed for immediate relief. It is also recommended to avoid spicy and heavy meals, eat smaller meals, and avoid lying down immediately after eating. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

View allI recently went through a medical test for my insurance, and they noted something called tachycardia. I'm a bit worried and curiousdoes this mean that tachycardia is actually present in my report? How do I confirm if it's really something to be concerned about?
Tachycardia is a condition where your heart beats faster than normal. To confirm if tachycardia is present in your report, you can look for the heart rate measurement. If your resting heart rate is consistently above 100 beats per minute, then it is likely that tachycardia is present. If you have been diagnosed with tachycardia, medications like Metoprolol (25-100mg) or Atenolol (25-100mg) may be prescribed to help regulate your heart rate.

I'm worried because I've been having chest pain for the past couple of days. It's not constant but comes and goes, and there's this burning sensation with it. Plus, my whole body just hurts. What could this mean?
Overall the possibility of a heart problem seems to be less but without doing any objective test, a heart problem can not be conclusively ruled out especially because now a days heart diseases have become common in young people. So please meet a cardiologist as early as possible and get yourself properly

I've had a 2D echo and an ECG, and both came back normal, and my TMT was negative too. But sometimes I get this pinching pain on the left side of my chest that lasts for about 9-10 seconds. It really freaks me out and makes me anxious, thinking there might be something wrong with my heart. What could this be and what should I do about it?
It's good that your 2D echo, ECG, and TMT results were normal. The pain you are experiencing could be due to anxiety or muscle strain. To alleviate the pain and anxiety, you can take Tab. Paracetamol 500mg as needed for pain relief. Additionally, practicing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing exercises or yoga can help reduce anxiety. If the pain persists or worsens, it's advisable to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation.
