I've been dealing with this persistent itching near my bikini area for about a month now, and its gradually spreading. My skin is really dry and it's peeling, almost like it's broken. I went to a doctor who prescribed a cream called TEXIFEN, but I haven't seen any improvement. What could be causing this, and should I try a different treatment?

In addition to the cream you have been using, I recommend adding an antifungal medication like Clotrimazole cream, You can also take an oral antifungal medication like Fluconazole to treat the infection from the inside. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting cotton underwear, and avoid tight clothing to help with the healing process.
