I'm dealing with some skin issues and could use your advice. I've got acne on my cheeks and this annoying itchiness around my nose. I heard about mixing Fudic BNF cream with ketoconazole for these kinds of problems. Is it safe to use them together for both the acne and the itchy areas? I'm really not sure and I don't want to make things worse. What do you think?

View allI've been struggling with these ugly dark spots on my legs for over a decade now. They're from allergic reactions to insect bites and I've also had a habit of picking at the swellings. I've been prescribed Isotretinoin by my dermatologist for six months, and while it has worked well for me, I'm really worried about how expensive it is. I'm wondering if I can switch from Isotane to Lactezin capsules instead. Will they work the same way?
Switching from Isotane (Isotretinoin) to Lactezin Capsule isn't recommended without consulting your dermatologist first. Isotretinoin is a retinoid medication specifically designed to treat severe acne, and its effectiveness is well-documented. Lactezin, on the other hand, is typically used to treat digestive issues, not acne. If you're concerned about the cost of Isotane, consider discussing alternative options or generic versions with your dermatologist. Some generic versions of Isotretinoin, like Isotroin 5 Capsule or Acutret 5 Capsule, might be more affordable. However, it's crucial to prioritize your acne treatment and consult with your dermatologist before making any changes to your medication.
