View allI've had a sinus infection since I was 16, and I've tried so many antibiotics like Cefixime, Ciprofloxacin, Amoxicillin, and Azithromycin, but none of them are working for me anymore. I'm really stuck and unsure of what to try next. Is there any other treatment I could consider?

I've been dealing with this annoying ear blockage for the past couple of days and started using some clear wax ear drops to help out. Now, whenever I pull down my earlobe, I hear a pop and I can hear better, which is kind of weird but also a relief. Do you think I should keep using these ear drops, or is there another way I should try to clear things up? I'm just a bit concerned about whether this popping is normal and if I'm handling this correctly.

I'm feeling a bit worried about some symptoms I've been experiencing, and I could really use your advice. Lately, I've been noticing a pressure in my ears and a popping sound in my eustachian tube whenever I swallow. There's no pain involved, but there's this weird globus sensation in my throat that's painless too. On top of that, my nose feels clogged like it's dripping, and sometimes I get acid reflux. I've already checked for COVID, and the test came back negative, so I'm just curious if all these could be related somehow?
That could be ear effusion, practice valsalva manoeuvre u will feel relieved.
