I'm dealing with this stubborn skin problem and I'm really feeling embarrassed about it. I've tried using keto soap, onabit lotion, and taken a few tablets, but there's been no improvement. Could you help me understand why this might be happening and suggest what I could try next? Feeling quite confused and anxious about this.

View allI've been dealing with these fordyce spots on my penile shaft and they just won't go away. My doctor suggested using Elocon cream, but it feels like it's just a temporary fix. The spots keep coming back and my skin gets all scaly and reddish, with some sensitivity. There's no discharge or pain, which is good, but it's still frustrating. What do you think I should do? Is there a better treatment or something I'm missing?
Continue all the medications as advised by the dermatologist.

I've had clear skin for a long time, but recently, I had a bad allergic reaction while I was in another state, and now I'm getting these small white pus-filled bumps on my face. They appear and disappear, but leave these flesh-colored bumps that have been sticking around. It's been almost a year like this, and I've tried doxycycline and various acne medications with no success. I even used Proactiv years ago, and it worked then, but now it just irritates my skin. What do you think could be causing this and is there anything else I can try to get rid of these bumps?
