I'm dealing with a swollen area on the right side of my nose. It's kind of painful and there's a noticeable bump inside where it hurts. Could you recommend any medication for this?

I'm dealing with this painful boil or skin inflammation right on my hip line. It's not filled with pus, but it's really hard and hurts a lot, making it tough for me to walk properly. I've tried putting tbact on it overnight and I'm taking roxid, but nothing seems to help. What should I do?
Tab allegra 120 mg at bedtime for 7 days and tab augmentin 625 mg thrice daily for 5 days oraly is advised to the patient.
