I'm dealing with tight foreskin that covers the head of my penis and it's painful when I try to pull it back. I'm 21 and wondering if circumcision is still an option at this age. Also, if I don't get it done, could it cause problems later during sex?

I've been dealing with this issue where I have semen with a really bad smell that's coming from my anus. I've seen many doctors about it, but nothing seems to help. It's been so embarrassing that I've barely left my house for the past two years. Do you have any idea what might be going on or how I can fix it?
