I'm dealing with tight foreskin that covers the head of my penis and it's painful when I try to pull it back. I'm 21 and wondering if circumcision is still an option at this age. Also, if I don't get it done, could it cause problems later during sex?

That looks like Phymosis donot retract your foreskin,visit surgeon for appropriate management
