I'm dealing with a vitamin B deficiency and could really use some advice on a good B-complex tablet. Could you please recommend something effective? I'm eager to get this sorted out as soon as possible.

I'm taking an anti-rabies vaccine from a government hospital in India. The schedule is days 0, 3, 7, and 28. I've just completed my third vaccine, and only the last one is left. But, two days after my third shot, the same dog, which is supposed to be vaccinated and looks healthy, licked my hand. Should I start the vaccination schedule from day 0 again? Also, I've heard from a physician that government-provided anti-rabies vaccines are less effective. Is this true? Can you please help me out with this?

There is no need to restart the vaccination schedule. You should still go ahead and take the 4th dose of the vaccine on the scheduled 28th day. Regarding the efficiency of government-provided anti-rabies vaccines, they are generally considered to be effective and safe. It is important to complete the full course of vaccination as prescribed by the healthcare provider to ensure protection against rabies. If you have any concerns about the vaccine's efficacy, you can discuss them with your healthcare provider for further clarification.

I'm just wondering about my follow-up appointment. I came to your clinic for a check-up last week, and the doctor mentioned I should come again after 3 weeks. So, I'm curious if that follow-up visit is free, or will there be a charge for it?

I'm a bit of a hypochondriac and I've got a worry I can't shake. I tend to poke and press my lymph nodes pretty often, like maybe 10 to 15 times a day. Could doing this make them swell up or harm them? I know I'm checking them a lot, practically every hour, but I'm just really concerned. Is this something I should be worried about?

Yes, do not unnecessary press the lymph nodes. They are the organs which filter the infections from the body. These infection causing organisms will be stored in a dormant form in the lymph nodes so pressing it unnecessary is not a good thing. Secondly, examining oneself 10-15 times is alarming, it can be OCD with hypochrondria which requires medications.
