I've been prescribed Keraglo AD antidandruff shampoo, Keraglo XL serum, and Keraglo Men tablets for my hair fall problem, but I'm a bit hesitant and have a few questions. I plan on just using the shampoo and tablets for now, but should I consider using the serum too? Also, I'm curious if there are any side effects I should be aware of with these products. The shampoo has ingredients like Aloe Vera, D-Panthenol, Ichthyol Pale, and Ketoconazole. The serum has Biochanin A, Tetrapeptide-3, and Acetyl Kera XL, with almond oil and Vitamin E. For the tablets, they contain Biotin, Calcium Pantothenate, Elemental Copper, Elemental Selenium, Elemental Zinc, and N-Acetyl L-Cysteine. Any advice would be really appreciated!

I've been dealing with some uncomfortable symptoms for the past 56 days. The skin on my testicles has become scaly and it's really itchy. It's also starting to happen on my penis. I'm not sure what's going on and it's getting a bit worrisome. Could you help me figure out what this might be? I'm struggling with dandruff all year round, no matter the weather. I've tried using lemon juice, hair oils, anti-dandruff shampoos, even henna, but nothing seems to work. It's super itchy all the time, and washing my hair every other day hasn't helped at all. I generally have dry skin, but this dandruff issue has really worsened in the past year.
