I'm experiencing a bit of wetness and irritation around my anus that goes away when I clean it. Sometimes there's also a little tickling sensation that lasts just a few seconds. It only happens once a day, and I'm fine the rest of the time. My doctor suggested taking Bendex followed by Metrogyl, three times a day for five days, with a second Bendex tablet after a week. Is it okay to follow this advice?

View allI'm dealing with a fatty liver grade 1 and experiencing some pain in the upper right side of my abdomen. I used to drink alcohol but stopped completely a while ago. Is there any treatment or diet you would recommend for this condition? I really want to get rid of it. Any advice would be much appreciated.
Hi Naresh, fatty liver grade 1 can often improve with lifestyle changes. Since youve stopped drinking alcohol, focus on a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, while avoiding fatty and sugary foods. Regular exercise and maintaining a healthy weight are key in managing and potentially reversing fatty liver. I recommend consulting a healthcare provider for personalized guidance and monitoring.

I also have a gallbladder stone. Is it possible to opt for surgery given these circumstances? What are the implications or things I should be aware of?
-It seems your SGOT and SGPT levels are still elevated, and you're taking treatment for this. Since you also have a gallbladder stone, surgery could be an option if the stone is causing symptoms or complications. It's best to consult with your doctor to a
