I'm experiencing this constant ringing in my left ear and everything sounds muffled compared to my right ear. The doctor mentioned that it might be due to wax buildup. I've tried using ocarb drops and now soliwax, but nothing seems to help. What drops would you recommend to clear the wax and help with the tinnitus? This is really affecting my wellbeing. What can I do?

We've tried nasal sprays like physiomer, but he still breathes through his mouth. Should we consider surgery or wait for his adenoids to shrink on their own? Could this mouth breathing affect his physical or mental growth?
