I'm experiencing excessive hair fall right from the roots over the past three months, and I'm a bit concerned. I've been eating eggs, almonds (badam), and dates every day, thinking they might help. I've also been using almond oil on my hair daily, but it seems like I lose more hair after applying it. Could the oil be causing this? I don't think I have any dandruff issues. Any advice on what might be going on or what I should try?

Applying oil to the hair can sometimes lead to hair fall if not done properly or if the oil is not suitable for your scalp. Since you are already taking a healthy diet with eggs, almonds (badam), and dates, you may consider adding a biotin supplement to promote hair growth. Additionally, you can try using minoxidil solution on the scalp to help with hair regrowth. Make sure to consult a dermatologist for a proper evaluation and treatment plan.

I noticed these white patches on the back of my neck and I'm not sure what they are. Could you give me an idea of what they might be and suggest any medications or treatments that could help?

That could be fungal infection which needs both oral and topical antifungal medications and personal hygiene is more important for such condition.

I'm dealing with male pattern baldness, and I think it's because of the DHT hormone. Could you recommend the best DHT blocker available in India? I'm really worried about my hair loss and looking for a solution that genuinely works.

Male pattern baldness can be challenging, but there are several natural DHT blockers that can help. Here are some of the best options available in India: - Foods rich in Vitamin C: Include foods like berries (especially blueberries), citrus fruits, and leafy greens in your diet. Vitamin C helps in reducing DHT levels. - Avocado: Rich in amino acids, proteins, and antioxidants, avocado helps in stimulating hair growth and blocking DHT. - Almonds: These nuts are rich in vitamin E, which conditions hair follicles and promotes hair growth. - Tomatoes: Lycopene present in tomatoes inhibits the production of DHT, promoting hair growth. - Eggs: Rich in biotin, eggs help in binding DHT hormone, reducing hair loss. - Green Tea: Vitamin B present in green tea promotes hair growth and blocks DHT. - Watermelon: Lycopene and vitamins C, B12, and B6 present in watermelon help in reducing DHT levels and promoting hair growth. - Pumpkin Seeds: Rich in zinc, magnesium, and omega-3 fatty acids, pumpkin seeds help in blocking DHT and promoting hair growth.

I'm wondering if using Mintop Forte is causing some kind of reaction on my scalp. I've been applying it for the past two to three days, and now Im noticing pimple-like bumps popping up. I've attached a photo to show what I mean. Could these be related to the product, and should I be worried or do something about it?

Continue same treatment.
