I'm experiencing excessive hair fall right from the roots over the past three months, and I'm a bit concerned. I've been eating eggs, almonds (badam), and dates every day, thinking they might help. I've also been using almond oil on my hair daily, but it seems like I lose more hair after applying it. Could the oil be causing this? I don't think I have any dandruff issues. Any advice on what might be going on or what I should try?

Applying oil to the hair can sometimes lead to hair fall if not done properly or if the oil is not suitable for your scalp. Since you are already taking a healthy diet with eggs, almonds (badam), and dates, you may consider adding a biotin supplement to promote hair growth. Additionally, you can try using minoxidil solution on the scalp to help with hair regrowth. Make sure to consult a dermatologist for a proper evaluation and treatment plan.

I've been struggling with ringworm for a year nowit just keeps coming and going. Every time I start on my medicines, it seems to get better, but when I stop, it just comes back after a few days. I'm taking ityza 100 mg twice daily and there's another one for allergy I take once a day. Plus, I'm using terbinafine cream. I'm worried and wondering why this keeps happening and what else I might be able to do to get rid of it for good. Any advice would be really appreciated.

That could be fungal infection which needs both oral and topical antifungal medications and personal hygiene is more important for such condition.

I've been dealing with Melasma for about 45 years now, and it's really noticeable because of my fair skin. There are these dark patches on my cheekbones. I tried cosmo peel and laser treatments about two years ago, but they didn't help at all. A dermatologist suggested I use Triluma cream twice a week, so I've been trying it out for the past two weeks. My skin's started flaking and feels really dry, and whenever I put on my Neutrogena Ultra Sheer sunscreen, I get this burning, tingling sensation. Is this normal?

I'm really worried about losing so much hair every time I apply oil or shampoo. I don't even do an oil massage, just a light application, and I always dilute my shampoo in water. I've tried a bunch of different shampoos, but nothing seems to work. Am I doing something wrong? Is it necessary to do an oil massage? My scalp is super oily, and my hair gets greasy just after two days. Should I keep using oil anyway?

Since you have an extremely oily scalp and experience greasiness within 2 days, you can opt for a clarifying shampoo like "Sebamed Anti-Dandruff Shampoo" to help control oiliness and maintain scalp health. It is not necessary to apply oil if it worsens your scalp condition, but if you still prefer to use oil, choose a non-greasy formula and apply it sparingly to the ends of your hair rather than the scalp
