I'm experiencing excessive hair fall right from the roots over the past three months, and I'm a bit concerned. I've been eating eggs, almonds (badam), and dates every day, thinking they might help. I've also been using almond oil on my hair daily, but it seems like I lose more hair after applying it. Could the oil be causing this? I don't think I have any dandruff issues.
