I'm experiencing frequent loose stools, and it seems like my body is just getting rid of everything I eat. Should I be worried about this?

Frequent passing of loose stools can be a sign of diarrhea. You can try taking Electral or ORS solution to prevent dehydration. Additionally, you can take Imodium to help control the frequency of bowel movements. If the symptoms persist, it's important to consult a doctor for further evaluation and management.

View allI'm really worried because my GGT level has gone up to 250. Is there any way to bring it down in about a week or so? Could you suggest any medications or treatments that might help? I'm really looking forward to your advice.
Elevated GGT levels can be indicative of liver or bile duct issues. To help lower your GGT levels, you can take Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA). This medication can help improve liver function and reduce GGT levels. Additionally, you should avoid alcohol, maintain a healthy diet, and stay hydrated to support liver health.
