I'm experiencing heavy breathing due to chest congestion, and I think it's from the dust because of the construction work near my home. I've been taking crocin twice a day to help with the body pain that's coming from coughing. Is there anything else I should be doing to ease my breathing or any better ways to manage this situation?

View allI've been told that my X-ray shows bilateral prominent hila with prominent bronchovascular markings in both of my lung fields. Is this something I should be worried about? What does it mean for my health? I've also been experiencing shortness of breath for the past 10 days. Could this be related? How can I address these issues?
For a 2-year-old child, the recommended daily intake of Vitamin D3 is 600-800 IU (International Units) per day. _Giving 400 IUmL (1 mLday) is within the safe range_. However, it's essential to monitor your child's Vitamin D levels and adjust the dosage accordingly. Excessive Vitamin D intake can lead to toxicity, causing symptoms like: 1. Nausea and vomiting 2. Abdominal pain 3. Headache 4. Fatigue 5. Weakness To ensure safety: 1. _Consult your pediatrician_: Before giving your child any supplements, consult with your pediatrician to determine the best course of action. 2. _Monitor Vitamin D levels_: Regularly check your child's Vitamin D levels to avoid over-supplementation. 3. _Follow the recommended dosage_: Adhere to the recommended dosage, and avoid exceeding it.

I've been on TB meds for a couple of months now and feel pretty good, but I'm still a bit worried. Before all this, I was dealing with a fever for about a month and lost a lot of weight. A chest CT showed those enlarged lymph nodes typical of TB, and my ESR was just a tad high. But after getting an EBUS Test and FNAC, all my reports came back negative, even the AFB culture. The doctor still thought it was best to start the TB treatment. Is it normal for all the tests to be negative even if you have TB?

I'm really concerned about my mom. She's been coughing for about 45 months now. We've seen both general and ENT doctors, and they've done a chest, nose, and throat X-ray, but everything looked normal. The doctors just keep prescribing antibiotics and allergy meds. They help for a bit while she's on them, but as soon as she stops, the coughing starts up again. What else can we do or look into to figure out what's going on?
she might be allergic to some agent, kindly search for it and avoid it as much as possible
