I'm experiencing this intense headache that seems to start from the back on the left side of my head, but it only happens during orgasm. There's no lingering effect afterward, and everything else like my diet and sleep is normal. It's kind of worrying me, and I'm curious about what might be causing this. Any idea what could be going on?

It sounds like the headache could be related to a tension or vascular response triggered during orgasm. While it's not uncommon for certain activities to cause temporary discomfort, if this continues, I recommend consulting with a doctor to rule out any underlying neurological issues. In the meantime, maintaining a healthy lifestyle with proper sleep, hydration, and stress management is important.

I'm experiencing constant twitching in my lower middle chest and the extreme upper left part of my chest muscles, but there's no pain. Sometimes it even happens in my left arm. Should I be worried about this? What might be causing these muscle twitches?

Muscle twitching in the chest and left arm without pain is usually not a cause for concern. It could be due to muscle fatigue, stress, caffeine intake, or even dehydration. However, if the twitching persists or is accompanied by other symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, or dizziness, it is important to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation. In the meantime, you can try to alleviate the twitching by staying hydrated, reducing stress levels, and getting an adequate amount of rest.

I've been diagnosed with disc bulging and dessication at L4L5 and L5S1 with central protrusion and annular tear causing canal and foraminal narrowing. The report says it's impinging on nerve roots, especially at L4L5, with canal dimensions around 9.9 mm and 10.8 mm. Surgery isn't an option for us right now, but I'm worried about managing the pain and symptoms, especially since we'll be traveling soon. What can we do to ease discomfort or prevent further issues while we're away? Any specific precautions we should take during the trip?

To manage pain and discomfort from disc bulging, dessication, and annular tear at L4-L5 and L5-S1 while traveling, focus on conservative measures, including pain relief, physical therapy exercises, and support while traveling

I'm really worried about my right hand. It doesn't seem to have as much strength as my left hand anymore. When I overwork it, my fingers start trembling pretty badly. It feels like all the strength in my fingers is just gone. What could be causing this?

It sounds like you're experiencing weakness and trembling in your right hand, which could be due to muscle fatigue, nerve issues, or even an underlying condition. I recommend seeing a doctor for a proper evaluation to rule out possible causes like nerve compression, carpal tunnel syndrome, or any muscular disorders. In the meantime, resting your hand and avoiding overexertion could help.
