I'm experiencing a lot of coughing, especially at night, and it's been happening for several days now. I know I have allergic rhinitis and asthma, and I usually find relief when I use my Livolin inhaler. Sometimes, I take Montair LC if I really need it. Could you give me some guidance on what's going on or what I should do?

View allI'm hearing a whistling sound when I breathe out, especially in the mornings. Coughing happens too, but it's pretty rare. I've been taking monticope and using an aerocort inhaler for relief when the issues kick in. Can you help me understand why this is happening and if there's anything else I should be doing about it?

I'm dealing with chest congestion and a wet cough that's been going on for over three months now. An X-ray showed I have left hilar lymphadenopathy. I tried taking Cefpodoxime, 200 mg twice a day, but it didn't help. Now I'm on Montelukast and Doxofylline tablets along with Foracort Rotacaps inhalation therapy, but I'm still not seeing any clear improvement. Any ideas on what I should do next?

I'm 17 and I've had a fever ranging between 97.7 to 100 for a year now. My doctor said it's pleurisy from TB and I've been on TB meds like Akurit4 and Rcinex. The pleurisy fluid's gone and I've gained weight, but the fever hasn't stopped. Now my neck is swollen on the left side for the past 20 days. What could be going on?
