I'm experiencing a lot of hair loss and I'm really worried about it. Can anyone suggest some tablets or supplements that might help with hair growth? Any advice would be appreciated!

I've been told to start using MX 5 solution every night for my hair fall issue, but I'm confused because I read online that it's meant for men only. Is that true? And I've also come across some info about potential side effects like weight gain. Is that something I should be concerned about?

Minoxidil 5% solution is commonly used for hair loss in both men and women. It is not exclusively for men. As for side effects, weight gain is not a common side effect of minoxidil. The most common side effects include scalp irritation, itching, and unwanted hair growth on other parts of the body. It is important to follow the recommended dosage and application instructions provided by your healthcare provider.

I've been using this Dr. James Glutathione skin whitening cream for a couple of years, and it really made my skin fair and white. But now my skin has become super sensitive. Every time I go outside in the morning, my face goes all red and feels like it's burning. Since I stopped using that cream, my skins gotten darker. It's weird because my ears and neck are still white, but only my face is darker, and the difference is really noticeable. What should I do about this? Is there a way to fix it? I'm not worried about the cost, so should I look into skin whitening laser treatments or maybe carbon peeling or stem cells? Do you think normal medicines could help, or should I go for one of these high-end procedures? I'm really curious and a bit worried.

I'm trying to figure out which acne gel would be better for me. I don't have pus-filled acne, just the common kind. Should I go for clindamycin phosphate gel or nicotinamide phosphate gel?

Both 'clindamycin phosphate gel' and 'nicotinamide phosphate gel' are commonly used for acne treatment. For common acne without pus, 'nicotinamide phosphate gel' would be a better choice. You can apply a thin layer of 'nicotinamide phosphate gel' on the affected area once daily. Remember to cleanse the skin before applying the gel for better absorption and effectiveness.
