I'm experiencing nightfall about 5 or 6 times a month, and when it happens, a white sticky liquid comes out, which I think might be sperm. But when I try to masturbate like most guys do, nothing comes out except urine. I also had sex with my girlfriend using a condom, but didn't feel like any sperm came out then either. Is something wrong with me, or should I be worried about not being able to ejaculate properly?

Possible Causes*

  1. Ear Infection: Middle ear infection (otitis media) or outer ear infection (otitis externa) can cause ear pain, heaviness, and numbness.

  2. Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorder: TMJ connects the jawbone to the skull. Disorders in this joint can cause ear pain, headaches, and numbness.

  3. Migraine or Tension Headache: Headaches can cause pain, heaviness, and numbness on one side of the head.

  4. Sinusitis: Inflammation of the sinuses can cause pain, pressure, and numbness in the face, including the ear area.

  5. Dental Issues: Toothaches, abscesses, or gum disease can radiate pain to the ear and head area. Self-Care*

  6. Apply Warm Compresses: Warm compresses can help relieve ear pain and discomfort.

  7. Manage Stress: Stress can exacerbate headaches and ear pain. Engage in stress-reducing activities like meditation, deep breathing, or yoga.

  8. Maintain Good Oral Hygiene: Brush and floss regularly to prevent dental issues.

I'm wondering about the safety of anal sex when done with just my wife and if there's any risk involved with ejaculating inside. Could you share some advice on this?

Hello, engaging in anal sex with a single partner, like your wife, can be safe if done carefully. Use proper lubrication to prevent injury, and ensure hygiene to minimize the risk of infections. Cumming inside is generally fine if both partners are free of infections, but open communication and consent are key.

I'm dealing with a grade 2 varicocele and I'm really into my gym workouts. Is it okay for me to continue going to the gym? Also, are there any specific things I need to watch out for or avoid while exercising? On top of that, are there any medications or treatments I should consider to help reverse or manage this?

With Varicocele Grade 2, you can still go to the gym, but take precautions to avoid exacerbating the condition: avoid heavy lifting, bending, or straining, wear supportive underwear or a jockstrap, and take regular breaks to rest and elevate your scrotum; however, consult your doctor or a urologist before starting or continuing exercise, as they may recommend specific exercises or restrictions based on your individual condition; regarding medications, Varicocele often requires surgical treatment, but pain relief medications like ibuprofen or acetaminophen may be prescribed to manage discomfort, and hormone-regulating medications like clomiphene may be considered in some cases, but only under medical supervision.

I'm dealing with epididymitis that I found out about a month ago. I started antibiotics back then and the swelling went down a bit. Then my doctor switched me to a milder antibiotic, but after a week, the swelling didn't go away and actually got worse, turning into a hydrocele. So my doctor put me back on the old antibiotics. I've got a bunch of questions on my mind. Is epididymitis something that can actually be cured? And if so, how long should I expect it to take? What kind of care should I be taking, like should I change my diet or exercise routine? Is jogging, running, or hitting the gym something I can do? Are there specific foods or activities I need to steer clear of? Could this condition affect my sexual or married life? What precautions should I be taking? How about personal care, any specific things I need to focus on? Also, my doctor prescribed tablets that cost 100 Rs each; do antibiotics really cost that much?
