I'm experiencing an odd sensation where it feels like my throat is pushing outward whenever I eat or breathe, and there's a bit of pain around my Adam's apple. What's going on with my throat? Is this something I should be worried about?

. Rest. Get plenty of sleep and rest your voice. Drink fluids. Drink plenty of water to keep the throat moist and prevent dehydration. Try comforting foods and beverage. Warm liquids broth, caffeine-free tea or warm water with honey and cold treats such as ice pops can soothe a sore throat.

I've been having this weird pain in my throat whenever I drink water, but interestingly, it doesn't hurt when I eat. Sometimes, there's a slight discomfort when I swallow saliva. I'm just wondering what could be causing this. Any ideas?

I'm having this odd issue where my voice changes a little after I've been speaking for a while, and people often mention it sounds like I have two different voices. It's not causing any pain or problems with my neck, but it's just really bothering me. Do you have any idea why this might be happening and what I could do about it?
