I'm experiencing a rumbling noise in my upper abdomen for the past three days, and it's happening whether I eat or not. But my bowel movements are normal, just once a day without any loose motion. It's starting to worry me a bit. Could this be something to be concerned about?

I've been dealing with Gastritis and Acidity for the last four weeks, and although I'm on medication and feeling somewhat better, I still get a gassy feeling after eating. I've got Gasex and Rabicer D at home do you think it's okay to take either of these for gas relief, or should I try something else?

If you're experiencing gas after eating while already taking medication for gastritis and acidity, you can consider taking Gasex or Rabicer D

I've been dealing with hard stools and recently got a painful pimple in my butt crack that hurts every time I use the toilet. It went away after about two weeks but seems to have come back after a month. I drink a cup of coffee daily and I've been doing this for the past 8 years. Could coffee be causing this issue? I also have seasonal allergies and have been taking levocetirizine 5mg daily for about 3 years. Could either of these be contributing to my problems?

The recurring painful pimple in the butt crack, accompanied by hard stools, could be related to anal fissures, hemorrhoids, or perianal abscesses, potentially exacerbated by chronic constipation, straining during bowel movements, or irritation from coffee consumption; levocetirizine may also contribute to dry, hard stools, so consider consulting a gastroenterologist

I'm really struggling with some left side chest tightness I've been having for the past couple of months. Sometimes it spreads to my shoulder and neck, and it even feels like something is stuck in my throat. I've gone through a bunch of cardiac tests like an ECG, Echo, treadmill test, and blood work, and they've all come back normal. I've also seen an ENT, an internist, and a neurologist. They all say everything looks fine. I'm on meds for my blood pressure (Amlopine 5mg) and cholesterol (Atorvastatin 20mg), and both are normal according to my recent check-up. But I'm still not feeling any better. Any idea what's going on or what I should do next?
