I'm experiencing shortness of breath at times and occasionally have chest pains, though it's pretty rare. I'm a bit worried about what might be causing this. Could you offer some advice or insights into what might be going on?

I'm a 41-year-old guy and I've been dealing with this chest pain on my left side along with some breathing issues for about 20 days now. I had an ECG and Stress Echo, and both came out normal. I'm really confused about what could be causing this pain since it's been going on for so long. Can you recommend any medications or maybe some other tests that might help figure out what's going on? I'd really appreciate any guidance you can offer.

My sister has been feeling sick and weak for months, with chest pain and nausea. It got worse yesterday, so we took her to the hospital. They did an ECG, echo, and chest X-ray. Her echo report shows she has grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. I read this is related to heart failure, but the doctor discharged her, saying everything's fine. Is there something more we should know? Could the doctor be keeping something from us?

I'm monitoring my blood pressure, and it's been around 15595 for the past three days. I've been feeling a slight sensitive vibration in my head, too. This is the first time my blood pressure has been high like this, and I haven't taken any medication before. What would you recommend I do? Is there a specific tablet I should consider?
