I'm experiencing some breathing difficulties that started last night and seem to come back every two hours. It's getting worse and now I'm not able to breathe comfortably at all. Could you please help me understand what's happening and what I should do?

View allI've been dealing with bronchitis and asthma for around 4 years now. It tends to flare up seasonally, especially around September to October and February to March, and unfortunately, I usually end up in the hospital during those times. I'm also allergic to dust, and I'm not sure if these issues are due to my allergies, the change of seasons, or maybe both. I just had a chest X-ray done, and it shows a lung infection, plus my chest and lungs get clogged with a lot of cough during these periods. Could you give me some advice on how to manage or even cure these problems?
avoid exposure to morning cold. start taking steam inhalation atleast 4 -5 times per day

I'm feeling really concerned because I've had chest congestion for almost two months now. Whenever I take a deep breath, there's this tightness in my airway, and it almost always triggers a cough. Most of the time, it's a dry cough, but sometimes there's some phlegm too. I haven't tried any medication yet, just some natural remedies. This seems to happen once a year for the past few years. Should I be worried, or is there something specific I should be doing?
Ecg and x-ray chest pa view is advised to the patient.
