I'm experiencing some breathing difficulties that started last night and seem to come back every two hours. It's getting worse and now I'm not able to breathe comfortably at all. Could you please help me understand what's happening and what I should do?

Every time I use the nebuliser or steroids, I feel better, but once I stop taking the steroids, the problem just comes back again. What should I do about this?

I've been recovering from a mild case of COVID. My CT scan showed a value of 725 about 17 days ago. Lately, for the past 10 days, I've noticed this tightness and stiffness in my chest, though there's no pain. Could you let me know what's going on? Should I be worried about this?
