I'm experiencing some issues that started last night and I'm a bit worried. My Spo2 levels fluctuate between 97 and 98, but they dip to 95 or 96 if I lie down at a certain angle. I've also been dealing with gastric problems and a heavy chest. Whenever I take a deep breath, it triggers a cough. Can you help me understand what's going on and what I should do?

View allI'm really worried about my mom. She has this severe dry cough that gets worse whenever the weather changes, and we've been trying to manage it with monocortil 6 mg for a couple of months. Its been helpful, but Im concerned because it seems like her diabetes is getting worse. Could this be related to the medication? I'm not sure what to doshould we continue with the monocortil or try something else? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I've been having some trouble breathing for a couple of days. It's like I'm struggling to catch my breath, but it's more than just shadow breathing. I haven't noticed any other symptoms, but it's starting to worry me. Do you have any idea what might be causing this or what I should do about it?

I'm experiencing heavy breathing due to chest congestion, and I think it's from the dust because of the construction work near my home. I've been taking crocin twice a day to help with the body pain that's coming from coughing. Is there anything else I should be doing to ease my breathing or any better ways to manage this situation?
