I'm experiencing some pain during my first trimester of pregnancy, and it only lasts for a minute or so each time. I'm starting to get worried because I've heard this could be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy. Could you help me understand what's going on?

View allI'm a 29-year-old mom with a 2.5-year-old baby and I've been diagnosed with a right dermoid ovarian cyst measuring 2.6 cm x 2 cm along with bilateral PCOD causing irregular periods. I really don't want to undergo open or laparoscopic surgery since I'm done having kids. Feeling completely stuck and frustrated about what to do next - could you suggest some options for me?
Given your diagnosis of a 2.6 cm x 2 cm right dermoid ovarian cyst and bilateral PCOD, and your preference to avoid surgery, here's a breakdown of potential options and considerations: Understanding Your Situation: Dermoid Cyst: Dermoid cysts are usually benign and often don't cause symptoms, especially when small. While generally harmless, they can grow and potentially cause complications like torsion or rupture if large enough. PCOD: Polycystic ovary disorder (PCOD) can lead to irregular periods and other issues, but with management, fertility remains a possibility. Your Preference: You're hesitant about surgery due to your desire to avoid complications, which is a valid concern

I was recently diagnosed with a 1.1-1.2 cm subendometrial fibroid in the upper anterior wall of my uterine cavity. I don't have any symptoms but I'm trying to get pregnant do I need to remove it for fertility? What kind of surgery would be required if it has to be removed? Just wondering if it could affect a normal pregnancy
Surgery not needed

I'm really worried because I took the ipill about 20 hours after having unprotected sex back in April, but now I've taken a pregnancy test twice, and both times it's come back positive. I also visited my doctor, and she confirmed the pregnancy through a physical exam. What I'm really concerned about is whether the ipill could have any negative effects on my baby. And on top of that, I had an abortion using pills in February. Could either of these situations possibly affect the health of my baby?
-It's understandable to feel worried, but the i-pill is unlikely to affect your pregnancy since it was taken early on, and it generally doesn't harm a developing baby. As for the past abortion, it typically doesn't impact your current pregnancy, but it's
