It feels like something's always there, and when I cough, only a small amount comes up. It's been like this for three weeks. I tried cough syrup zinda talismath but it's not really helping. It's not super annoying, but it's definitely taking a toll on me. For the last two years, my cold and cough patterns changed. My nose doesnt get blocked anymore, but it all comes out from my mouth. I get a cold every 3-4 months, especially after having anything cold. Do you think turning to homeopathy might offer a long-term solution? I'd appreciate any advice or direction. I'm generally healthy, weigh 96 kilos, eat well, and don't drink or smoke. There's a family history of cold and cough, especially on my dads side. Any suggestions?
