I'm experiencing something a bit unusual and I'm pretty concerned about it. Whenever I'm in the shower and I rub my scrotum, this white-colored substance gets discharged. It's been happening for about 45 months now, and it's not going away. Also, it seems to take about 23 days for this substance to build up again. There's also an unpleasant smell when this stuff comes out. What could be causing this? Is it something I should be worried about?

I've got kidney stones in both kidneys some are as big as 15 mm and others around 6 mm. Since they're too large to pass on their own, is it usually possible to remove all of them in a single surgery or would I need multiple procedures?
15mm kidney stone typically requires surgical intervention. Stones this size are unlikely to pass naturally and can cause complications if left untreated

I've been having trouble since last week with my penis not getting hard enough during sex. I can still enter it into the vagina, but I end up discharging very quickly. I've been married for two years, and this issue just started nowit didn't happen for the first 20 months. I've been taking Scelepra 10 mg daily, as my psychiatrist suggested, because I had a similar problem right after getting married. I'm wondering if this is a physical or psychological issue, and should I consider doing any tests or changing medications?
