I'm experiencing this strange heartbeat sensation in my ears when I'm lying on my pillow at night. It's been causing issues with my sleepsometimes it's really bothersome, and other times not so much. Any idea what might be happening or what I can do about it?

I'm really confused because I keep having chest pain, but my tmt, ecg, and echo are all normal. I've had about 20 ecgs, but everything checks out fine. I'm not sure what to do next. Any ideas or advice would be really appreciated.

Earlier two heart blockages were found and now two more have been detected. I'm really confused would angioplasty be better or should I consider bypass surgery this time?
