I'm experiencing swelling in my right leg and hand, and I often feel weak and dizzy, with a constant headache too. It's becoming quite concerning. Could you help me understand what might be going on?

View allI've been experiencing a mild fever every evening for the past week, usually staying under 100, mostly around 99. But then it seems to return to normal by the next morning. I've also had occasional headaches, though my stomach feels okay. I had a CBC and urine ESR done, and everything came back fine. What could possibly be causing this?
Sounds like you may be experiencing a low-grade fever in the evenings, along with occasional headaches. Since your CBC, urine, and ESR tests are normal, it is less likely to be due to an infection. One possible reason for your symptoms could be a viral infection. I recommend taking Acetaminophen (Tylenol) 500mg every evening when you have a fever. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation.

I've been diagnosed with typhoid just a few days ago and my Widal test showed s typhi H at 1:320. I was put on ciprofloxacin and tradamol-paracetamol, and the fever's gone, but now I'm struggling with vomiting since this morning. The doctor gave me metoclopramide vominorm tablets, which helped a bit, but the vomiting kicked back in when I drank some water. Any suggestions on what I can do next? I got my blood tested today, and the result showed Widal s typhi H at 1:40. I'm in Africa, and the medical facilities here aren't great, so any advice would be helpful.
Hydration and small, frequent sips of water or oral rehydration solution (ORS) are crucial to prevent dehydration. Continue taking metoclopramide as prescribed for nausea and vomiting, but follow up with your doctor if vomiting persists. If the vomiting continues and worsens, or if you notice any serious symptoms, you may need additional medical intervention

We've decided to adopt and need to get a medical fitness certificate for the CARA registration. Were a bit lost and could use some help figuring out where to get this done and what exactly the procedure involves. Could you guide us on this?
You can get a medical fitness certificate for CARA registration from any registered medical practitioner or government hospital. The doctor will conduct a basic physical examination and may request standard tests like blood work or a chest X-ray to confirm your overall health. Simply inform the doctor that the certificate is for adoption purposes under CARA guidelines.
