I'm experiencing these weird vibration-like shock waves that go from my left shoulder to my left hand. It's been happening on and off for about a month now. Im a bit concerned and curious about what might be causing it. Any ideas on what could be going on?

I recommend taking Tab Pregabalin 75mg once daily at night for relief. Additionally, you can apply Volini gel locally on the affected area for symptomatic relief. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with a neurologist for further evaluation and management.

View allI'm really concerned about my mom. She's been feeling this odd sensation and burning in her left leg, specifically between the knee and thigh. I was doing some reading online and it seems really similar to something called Meralgia Paraesthetica. This all started after she had laparoscopic surgery for gallbladder stones back in October 2016. It's not always there, but when it does show up, it seems to be happening more often now. I'm really hoping for some advice on how we could help her feel better. Should we be seeing a certain type of doctor for this?
The symptoms your mother describes could indeed align with **Meralgia Paresthetica**, which occurs due to compression of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve. I recommend consulting a **neurologist** for a detailed evaluation. In the meantime, measures like avoiding tight clothing, maintaining a healthy weight, and physical therapy may help alleviate symptoms.

I'm really worried about my mom's condition. She's been having this burning sensation in both her legs, and despite visiting several doctors, we're still not sure what's going on. We've heard it could be related to the sciatica nerve, varicose veins, or even complications from the hip replacement surgery she had five years ago. Could you help us figure out the exact cause?

Can I split a Combiflam 400mg tablet in half for my sciatica pain? I'm not sure if it's safe or effective to take just half the dose. Would that still help with the pain?
