I'm experiencing this weird dry cough situation. Every time I inhale and exhale, especially in the evenings, I cough once or twice. It doesn't really happen during the day. Do you have any idea why this could be happening?

I'm really worried about my dad. He's been coughing since December and I sent his CT scan and FNAC test reports. The FNAC report mentions tuberculosis and sarcoidosis, but no AFB was found. The doctor said it's tuberculosis and prescribed Akurit4, some Benadon, and the Maxiflo inhaler. But his sputum and blood tests didn't show TB. Could it really be tuberculosis? I'm really concerned and was hoping to get some advice.

I've got this CT value of 525 from my HR CT chest scan, and I'm worried it might mean I have pneumonia. Could you tell me if it's something mild or more serious? And if it is pneumonia, is there any medication you would recommend?

Im 5 months pregnant and I have scoliosis, which has damaged one of my lungs due to my spine's curvature. I had TB back in 2015 and started experiencing some coughing with mucus in December. After initial treatment, it didnt improve but got better on its own from January to February. Then in March, I had issues with mucus and breathing. My pulmonologist put me on Augment 625 in March, but it didnt help. After that, he prescribed a nebulizer with Duolin and Budesonide for 20 days, and that gave me a bit of relief. Recently, he prescribed Flutrol 400 inhaler and nebulizer urgently, but I'm coughing all the time now. Ive been told it might be COPD and old Kochs disease. Ive never smoked, so Im confused and a bit worried about being diagnosed with COPD. Can someone really have COPD without ever smoking? What could be causing my constant coughing?
