I'm experiencing this weird dry cough situation. Every time I inhale and exhale, especially in the evenings, I cough once or twice. It doesn't really happen during the day. Do you have any idea why this could be happening?

It sounds like you may have a mild form of evening-related bronchospasm or irritation, possibly due to postnasal drip, acid reflux, or early asthma. Try staying hydrated, avoid triggers like cold air or allergens, and consider a checkup if it persists.

I'm currently undergoing TB treatment, and it's been about three weeks. I've been feeling really weak and lethargic, I've lost some weight, and I'm experiencing fever, chills, and a tight feeling in my chest. Also, my alkaline phosphate level is up to 129 uL. I'm just wondering if there's a way to get better results or faster relief with my treatment. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
Sputum for AFB,microscopy ,complete blood count,esr,C-reactive protein, and x-ray chest is advised to the patient.

I'm really worried about my husband. He's had a pleural effusion in his right lung, and weve gone through a bunch of tests for TB. But it's confusing because some results suggest TB, while others don't. The doctor went ahead and started him on ATT, but now hes dealing with a lot of severe weakness. I'm wondering if this weakness could be a side effect of the ATT. Can you give some insight?
give him food with high protenicous diet. his weakness will be reduced
