I'm feeling a bit anxious about something. My wife usually gets her period around the 25th of each month. We were intimate on August 10th, and she found out she was pregnant soon after. She took abortion pills on September 4th and got her period the next day. We were intimate again on September 26th. I'm just wondering, is there a possibility she could be pregnant again?

Since your wife had her period on 5th September after taking abortion pills on 4th September, it's likely that her fertility cycle reset. Given that she had sex on 26th September, which is close to her ovulation period (typically around the 14th day of the menstrual cycle), there is a possibility of pregnancy. However, it depends on her individual cycle and ovulation timing. It's advisable to take a pregnancy test or consult a doctor for more clarity.

View allI'm 39 weeks pregnant and having trouble with my bowel movements. They've gotten irregular, only happening every other day, and haven't improved even after adding more fiber and water to my diet, plus drinking lemon and orange juice. For the past three weeks, I've also been dealing with lower back and abdominal pain that shifts from discomfort to sharp pain quickly, and it sometimes shoots down into my legs. I'm really worried about all thisdo you think it's safe for me to try a teaspoon of castor oil to help relax my bowel?
HELLO, YOU CAN TAKE CASTOR OIL,OK

What age does a woman stop being fertile?
A woman's peak reproductive years are between the late teens and late 20s. By age 30, fertility (the ability to get pregnant) starts to decline. This decline becomes more rapid once you reach your mid-30s. By 45, fertility has declined so much that getting pregnant naturally is unlikely for most women.

I've got this really big fibroid on the back wall of my uterus and my periods are normal, but the fibroid is like 13 cm. Should I consider getting surgery for it, or would trying homeopathic medicines be better? I'm really unsure about what to do and would love some advice.
For a fibroid of that size, surgical intervention is usually recommended to address the issue effectively. Homeopathic medicines may not be able to shrink a fibroid of that size significantly. I would advise consulting with a gynecologist to discuss the surgical options available, such as a myomectomy or hysterectomy, based on your individual case.
