I'm feeling a bit confused and worried because my Spo2 level is at 98, which seems fine, but my pulse rate is pretty high. When I saw a radiologist, they mentioned something about increased bronchovascular markings. I'm not showing any other symptoms, so I'm just wondering, is this something normal or should I be concerned?

View allI'm trying to figure out which oral bronchodilators are safe for long-term use for asthma. I get that using an inhaler is usually better, but I'm curious if there are newer oral options that don't affect the heart as much. Can you help clarify?

I'm having a bit of trouble with my breathing, especially in the mornings when I wake up. It's been going on for almost 2 months now. I've also been dealing with flu-like symptoms for about 20 days and my nose is blocked quite often, even though I've been taking Montek LC. It doesn't seem to be helping much. There's also a weird sensation in my chest like I need to cough, but it just doesn't happen. I don't have a sore throat or fever, so I'm a bit confused. By the way, I've had gastric issues for a long time. What would you suggest I do?
take syrup ascoril for 5 days and take tablet monteclc if you are allergic
