I'm feeling a bit uneasy today and I can't seem to take a full breath. My nose and throat are really dry, especially my nose. Earlier, I felt feverish but when I checked, my temperature was only 97.6. I'm having this punching pain in my chest and back too. What could be going on?

I'm a bit worried because I got the Covaxin shot yesterday morning, and later in the evening, I ended up cutting myself on an iron door. Is it okay if I take the tetanus shot today or tomorrow? I'm concerned if getting the tetanus shot so soon might affect the efficacy of my Covid vaccine. What should I do?

no problem you can take

I'm a bit worried because Ive been taking vitamin B12 injections and supplements due to a deficiency. Initially, my B12 level was 212, but now its shot up to 2000 in my latest lab test. Is having a vitamin B12 level that high dangerous, and how can I bring it down quickly? Sometimes I feel my body shakingcould that be because my B12 levels are too high?

Having a vitamin B12 level above 2000 is considered high, and it may lead to symptoms such as body shaking. To reduce the high level of vitamin B12 quickly, you should stop taking any B12 supplements or injections and consult with your healthcare provider for further guidance. They may recommend adjusting your dosage or frequency of B12 intake. In the meantime, you can focus on a diet that is low in vitamin B12-rich foods such as meat, fish, and dairy products. Make sure to stay hydrated and maintain a healthy lifestyle. If your symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical attention promptly.

I'm really confused and worried about what's happening with me. Not too long ago, I had typhoid and after the 10-day treatment, the tests said I'm clear. But soon after getting back to my routine, I started driving for a long time, like 9 hours, and then a couple of days later, my hands and feet felt cold again, which was the initial symptom of my typhoid. Now, even though the typhoid seems to be gone, I'm experiencing this overwhelming weakness in my body and I can't seem to stand on my legs properly. What could be causing this?

The recurring coldness in hands and feet, along with weakness and inability to stand, could be due to post-typhoid complications, anemia, vitamin deficiencies, or neurological issues, so consult your doctor immediately for a thorough evaluation, including blood tests and physical examination, to determine the underlying cause and guide appropriate treatment.
